Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Side Quests ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

Use of the App

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Side Quests.
• You are responsible for the places and notes you save, and for any assistant you allow to write suggestions into your folder.

User Content

You keep ownership of the places, notes, and lists you create. They stay on your device and in the folder you choose. Side Quests does not upload them to a server we operate, and we do not take a license to publish them.

Prohibited Activities

• Reverse engineering or attempting to interfere with the App's functionality.
• Using the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Uploading content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights.

Termination

You can stop using Side Quests at any time by deleting the App and, if you wish, the folder that holds your lists. We may stop offering the App. Questions can go to corybschneider@gmail.com.

Disclaimers

Side Quests is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the App will meet your expectations.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Side Quests and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
